 Develop an effective industrial hygiene program and manage its implementation.  Oversee all industrial hygiene programs, sampling, record keeping, and compliance  Oversee hearing protection programs Maintain drug and alcohol program compliance in multiple consortiums including NASAP and Vector.  Report drug screen compliance to multiple clients Ensure up to date safety information in multiple contractor prequalification websites including ISNetworld, PICS/Avetta, Browz and HASC X-Net.  Review and revise safety and health programs for compliance with client requirements, changing OSHA standards and particular job specifications. Review management of change paperwork issued by clients and help determine the best way to communicate these changes to affected employees.  Participate in incident and injury investigations with the purpose of determining root causes and establishing action items and their responsible parties in order to prevent incident recurrence.  Lead employee review panels after safety related termination to determine employee rehire eligibility. Perform jobsite safety, health and environmental audits on construction sites, fabrication facilities, maintenance job sites and civil construction sites.  Recordkeeping compliance for OSHA 300 and 300A reporting Completion of Department of Labor Workplace Safety compliance questionnaire Management of storm water discharge permits including filing notice of termination, notice of intent, and notice of change paperwork Development of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans for both industrial facilities as well as construction activities.  Management of waste water discharge permit associated with a vehicle wash area.  Management of a clean air permit associated with coating and painting operations.
