I am enthusiastic about collaborating with stakeholders to get the best performance/insight out of the systems and data an organisation holds. I have led on several large-scale data projects bringing together various systems, to provide innovative data solutions to improve both performance and service delivering. All this work has been carried out while maintaining both financial control and delivering within time constraints. My latest role required me to be both Product Manager and Delivery Manager for a reorchestration project aimed at driving up data quality and system performance. I believe in managing teams by providing clear direction while allowing team members to challenge methodologies. This ensures that a consensus is reached when a challenging issue arises within the product road map. This helps to drive the teams motivation which then delivers results that meet the stakeholders requirements.Outside of work, I am a manager for an inclusive football team, I have held roles as Chair and Vice Chair of Governors for local schools over the last 10 years. I have also worked as a Non-Executive Committee member for a medium sized Independent Training provider providing technical and data assistance to the organisation.Key Achievements• Implemented a reorchestrated student attendance and engagement system• Implementing business wide ESFA Performance Management system that matches Ofsted/ESFA methodology and meets the Operational Managers and Executive Committees requirements • Managed the scoping work for a new “single source of the truth” data project for a large charity• Gained my PhD in Structural Studies of Immunological Proteins (2000) – University of Sheffield
