Financial Services industry since 1983, working in City of London for firm of Stockbrokers.Joined investment company in 1989, and worked in training department, training advisers on exam techniques, financial planning, pensions, unit trusts (OEICS), investment trusts, customerinteraction, form completing and processing, open/closed questioning techniques, obtaining hard and soft facts, and converting information gained into a profitable sale.Also provided advice on Pensions and Unit Trusts.Moved to Spain in 1997, since when I have worked as a self-employed Financial Planner.Having obtained the Diploma in Financial Planning, I am now embarking on the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, with the ultimate aim of achieving 'Chartered' status.
