Crown House Project; No1 Kingsway, London [www.onekingsway.com] £40m Mixed Development I returned back to this project once I had graduated, I am assisted with all packages related to the construction of 8 Cat A office spaces within the building. I also procured fire stopping package for the project. As part of my trainee scheme I am to develop my core skills with in three different disciplines these being Construction Management, Commercial Management and Building Services. I am to complete a skills tracker to gain experience in all project elements and I am currently completing these as part of my continuous development.From day to day; I try to involve myself with everything related to the project as well as construction I strive to understand the financial/commercial side of the project. I am involved heavily with the Health Safety & Environment of the project regularly closing out issues on the project. Through assisting in the office fit out I try to involve myself with design issues, I attend design workshop with the trade contractor to iron out any areas that arise. During the final months I ran managed 4 office spaces installations and all WC/Shower room construction this allow me to concentrate on finish the project with a high standard of quality. I managed day to day activities ensuring the program was achieved. This also gave me the opportunity to work with the building services team to develop my experience in this discipline

Crown House Project; No1 Kingsway, London During my industrial placement I was placed on a £40+ million project based in the centre of London. I was mainly assisting in the demolition of a ten storey building with a retained façade, and then the sub/superstructure. This year had allowed me to apply my own managerial skills, as well as gaining technical knowledge that had not been taught during my first two years at university
