To work closely with all aspects of the Sugar Puff business, ensuring the successful achievement of our joint business plan. To interact on all levels with National account managers, supply chain, and marketing. To provide excellent execution and long term planning for all sales projects and NPD. To create a clear brand plan for the future of Sugar Puffs.

To liaise closely with all parts of the Nestlé chilled business, including sales, Customer marketing, Finance and the Brand team, to provide a clear focus and long term strategy for the field sales team. To manage and oversee 1 Divisional sales manager and 10 Territory managers.

To source, approach and open new accounts from large estate groups and then to cover all their water filtration needs. To then personally oversee and manage those accounts to ensure that joint business plans are put into place and achieved. Account successes included DeVere, Sainsbury’s and T-Mobile.
