I played baseball professionally for eight years. During that time, I realized that I was being called into the financial services industry. While playing, I learned that it was hard to find someone that genuinely cared about you (as the client) and that I was naturally drawn to this work. Right out of baseball I joined a big firm. I learned a lot in my time there. I also learned that I wanted to start and build my own firm. It took me a little over two years to finally listen to that call, but I’m so thankful I did.I want to help people plan wisely when it comes to their finances, but more importantly, I want to help them find purpose, joy, peace, and fulfillment in life.I founded Shepherd Financial to help people think differently about money. My goal is to serve those who wish to live a life of significance and care for and value others.
