My mandate was to leverage my regional consulting experience and drive expansion from a lead technical role.When I arrived the business largely served a single client in Sweden. During my tenure I assisted expansion to a diversified set of clients. This included direct involvement and management of projects in Côte d'Ivoire, Finland, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, North Macedonia, Norway, Russia, Spain, Sweden and locally in the United Kingdom. After increasing involvement with Central Asian and Scandinavian clients in late 2017 I relocated to a new office in Moscow.

I started with Runge in 2004 as a Software Engineer. In 2005 I transferred to the engineering team and several years thereafter moved into a Team Lead role.My responsibilities expanded with time to support new markets and expansion. This required me to intermittently move into Project Management roles for key projects in locations such as China, France, New Zealand, Mongolia and Russia. Additionally to assist with staff training and development I completed longer term secondments to Perth (Australia), Brazil, Indonesia and South Africa. In 2012 I permanently moved to Moscow to continue this work as Manager of Technical Systems.

* Development of an alternate higher accuracy approach for GPS position resolution.* Technology validation using high precision laser tracked aircraft.Aeropearl is an aviation services company and the exclusive Australian flight inspection provider.I held the role of Project Software Engineer and worked for AeroPearl in partnership with AirServices Australia. Our task was to develop an alternate algorithm for Global Positioning Systems (GPS) at Australian airports. The project utilised signal phase to gain a higher positional accuracy than was standard at that time.

* Development of high speed storage for use in dynamic rocket environments.* Assessment of alternate fabrication technologies to maximise failure recovery.Telenomic Systems is a company specialising in rocket design and decommission.As a Design Engineer I was responsible for hardware and software design of the Telenomic Systems Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV).
