Supporting internal stakeholders in managing the development and implementation of innovative and engaging blended learning solutions. Designing highly interactive solutions in conjunction with suppliers, plus developing digital learning in-house. Dealing with technical queries and issues using Learning Management Systems to support the troubleshooting and resolution of both content and server issues.Key Accountabilities include:• Recommend creative, cost effective e-learning and multimedia solutions to support learning and development projects.• Project manage the end-to-end process of development and publication of e-learning and assurance solutions, and other multimedia products (such as animations, simulations, video, audio, etc as required) to agreed time, budget, and quality standards, for use in blended or standalone e-learning events.• Manage the publication of digital solutions in order that they are technically fit-for-purpose with Network Rail’s Oracle learning management system (OLM), or other platforms as required.• Lead working groups of subject matter experts and internal or external development resources to agree design specifications, technical requirements, and deliverables.• Interface professionally and communicate project progress as required to the learning and development specialists, subject matter experts, and suppliers as appropriate.• Control outputs to certify that prevailing Network Rail branding, design, and technical guidelines are consistently applied, an audit trail of draft materials is maintained, and that final versions are proofed and approved prior to issue.• Identify and consolidate best practice software and tools to develop high quality training materials.• Continuously review the effectiveness of the project cycle to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Oversee the full production cycle of e-learning, web and interactive products from proposal, storyboarding, design and development, programming, testing, system integration and end user support.
