About Lee Jacobson

Following 20 years as a civil litigation attorney, I transitioned my practice and became a neutral/mediator on a full time basis in 2000. I have mediated over 4500 cases since I was sworn in as a Judge Pro Tem of the Fresno County Superior Court in 1996. I also serve as an arbitrator upon request and provide services as a special master and discovery referee I have attended six 18 hour courses in advanced mediation training offered by Pepperdine University Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution and have lectured on the subject of Alternative Dispute Resolution at San Joaquin College of Law and Pepperdine School of Law. In 2011 I was inducted into the International Academy of Mediators as a Distinguished Fellow. I was appointed to the Board of Governors in May of 2014 and served as IAM President in 2018-19.
