Along with my LLC, I am teaching the invasive cardiovascular and sonography students. I just can't stay away from teaching. Excited to be a part of this college committee.

Pa College has been bought over by St. Joesph's University. I am excited to join the team at St. Joesph's. I am teaching general and invasive cardiovascular courses as well as ACLS.

As a contractor, I am developing vascular curriculum for hospitals and other healthcare entities.

An experienced in instructional design and an instructor in the specialty of vascular procedures, providing services to hospitals, industry, and any other healthcare entity through my company Vascular Curriculum Consulting.

As the chair of the RCIS committee, I lead a team in exam development for the invasive, cardiovascular profession. As a CCI board member, promotion of the credential and profession is our mission.

Performed program management of professional development and business application instructors by driving key performance facilitation skills to ensure a positive customer experience. Additional, provided performance feedback, training and scheduled courses that fit their expertise .Demonstrate analytical skills to improve utilization of scheduled courses and instructors in way of offering a variety of start times and using full-time instructors verses part-time resulting in an increase in profit and adhering to budget. Reviewed the new curriculum and drove the implementation of the new content to the clients through the website. Led the recruitment onboarding process.

Spearheaded program development and professional development through the instructional design and curriculum development of more than 40 vascular procedural courses to accompany and interact with medical simulators. Provided internal education and on-boarding. Supported sales management through collaborating with physicians, hospitals industry and societies around the world to assess learning needs and build an educational program. Hospitals like Columbia University and Cardiovascular Society of South America saw improvements in performance and knowledge in their Fellows and Interns. Partook in product development planning to ensure realism and accuracy of simulation programs.

Overhauled curriculum and expanded clinical sites from 5 to more than 20. As a result, registered exams pass rates increased and remained higher than the national average. Sought out a medical simulation through grant writing, to increase hands-on skills, knowledge and critical thinking of the students. Created e-learning courses, developed and implemented policies for the college and program. Used analytical skills to manage students, faculty, staff and operations. Maintained and improved budget (for non-profit) by inquiring donations through hospitals and suppliers. Fostered leadership development of facilitators and staff. Aligned students, faculty, departments and college through clear verbal and written communication. Cultivated team work for any foreseen or immediate problem solving solutions guaranteeing student success.

Ensured positive clinical learning experience by revamping the evaluation content, process and placing students in sites that challenge their skill level and professionalism.
