My duties and responsibilities are to ensure the facilities Manufacturing, Quality, Shipping & Receiving, and (EHS) Environmental Health & Safety departments / programs continue to be successful through continuous improvement programs. - To increase our quality and production goals, while providing a safe working environment for our team and ultimately reducing the overall operating cost of the company. - Develop the required procedures and process flow for new product(s) through our manufacturing department. - Work with our partners at UL, FM, NSF, and WQA in regards to current & new product(s) requirements. - Continually build upon a strong foundation through honesty, integrity, and quality; both with our existing customers and our new customers. - Create a work environment for our team built on trust, team work, and accountability; acknowledging both our accomplishments and set backs.

My quality team and I insure our customers and principles receive and distribute a quality product to their customers. Using some of the latest testing methods in quality we perform destructive and nondestructive testing on products to assure the product meets or exceeds the customers standards. Part of my responsibilities include handling all EH&S duties in accordance with a manufacturing facility.

I was responsible for all EH&S duties related to the operation of a brick manufacturing plant.

I was responsible for all EH&S duties related to a Steel Manufacturing plant, with two Coatings facilities, and a Tube Mill. My duties also included managing all Workers Compensation claims filed at the Brenham plant.
