After my retirement in 1987, my volunteer service went into high swing, by volunteering on the National Institute of Jewish Hospice hotline and in the HIV-AIDS department of Cedar Sinai Hospital. After moving to Laguna Woods, become VP of Education and Social Action and other Board positions for the Reform Temple of Laguna Woods, Chairman of the City of Laguna Woods Human Relations Department and chaired many programs, classes and trips for community and cultural interests. Highlight were two programs for the public with Chapman University Dept of Holocaust Studies for Holocaust Remembrance Day. Currently a telephone phone support volunteer for Vitas Hospice.
