Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements shared by client in different positions\skill set categories and handling the difficult and rare skills including high Level & confidential positions.• Look for candidates from the internal database.• Source candidates from Portal• Posting ads and Mass Mailing at various job portals.• Source candidates through referrals network building• Match & shortlist the relevant profiles screening.• Screening and validating the candidates by checking their technical & functional credentials, relevant experience, project experience, communication skills, CTC, notice period, academic credentials & related details.• Schedule interviews, co-coordinate with candidates during their client visit & for next levels of interview, till closure.• Negotiate/convince the candidate with regard to salary, relocation & related issues in coordination with the client.• Continuous follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.• Co-ordinate with the client and the candidate’s queries and changes in date of joining as and when required.• Maintain tracker sheets; requirement wise, for candidates sourced through portals & network building.• Maintaining the Recruitment Information Systems: No. of requirement details received from client, skills covered, position pending, and interviews scheduled List of candidates Selected / Rejected with reasons.• Daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status report, closure reports, feedback reports. Giving training and engaging subordinates/juniors to work in corporate goal in efficient manner.
