Additionally, I am responsible for State Officer Training Management and Planning. My duties include managing FFA membership and AET for all chapters, overseeing and reviewing State and American degree applications, and planning and organizing major events such as the Oregon FFA State Convention, Career Development Events, and the State Fair. This involves coordinating event logistics, including locations, meal functions, materials development, membership verification, speakers, judges, and all associated tasks like registration, security, lodging, and coordination with hosts.
