As a Drilling & Operations Manager for EOG, I achieved success leading drilling operations in various U.S. unconventional oil and gas shale plays as described earlier and various exploration efforts.My expertise includes managing all project phases from feasibility to concept selection and definition to implementation and execution. I gained experience with factory mode and high-performance drilling with Unocal Thailand and Indonesia before it became common in unconventional wells, which has greatly influenced and guided my career.By analyzing drilling focus in terms of risk and cost, I have delivered quality well designs that meet or exceed overall project time, capital investment, and long-term reliability objectives.
