When leaving school Lee was employed in a small pneumatics company based in the northeast. An apprenticeship was put in place and Lee gained NVQ and GNVQ Certs over a 8 year period as well as extensive knowledge as a pneumatic service engineer / pipe fitter. After spending 19 years within this small company the next step for progression was to venture into self employment. Along with his brother in law and the joint knowledge between the two. One who had 19 years pneumatic background and the other who has extensive knowledge of industrial pipe installations and design advanced compressor solutions was created. With the success in such a short period of the company due to high quality service and very reasonable rates the company has now grown and is in the process of training its own apprentice. With more future plans for 2018 Lee and ACS can only forecast positive growth moving forward
