Project Title: Personalized Chemotherapeutic Measurement of Breast Cancer Cell Response Using Photonic Crystal Microscopy • Developed a protocol to attach photonic crystals to 384 well plates to analyze breast cancer and ovarian cancer cells utilizing the Photonic Crystal Enhanced Microscope (PCEM)• Successfully captured images of drug-induced cell interactions over 24 hours

• Used a Kinect camera to track human subject body motion and optimize image quality• Successfully implemented facial recognition and tracking algorithm on a 2D plane using MATLAB
