Directed the preparation of monthly financials and operational analysis, inventory control, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources, payroll and annual / long range budgets. Member of a three person plant management team that grew sales by 35% while decreasing the average.

Duties included reporting and analyzing the monthly financial results, standard cost and bill of materials development into the ERP system (J D Edwards), capital budgets, daily production reporting, quarterly forecasts / analysis, annual/long range budgets and part of the plants KanBan team. Tasks included managing the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions. Monthly prepared the physical inventories, bank reconciliations, assisted in the month-end financial closing, fixed asset management and fixed asset tax reporting using FAS database software.
