• Key responsibilities included –
• Management of 30 + members of staff based at various venues across Manchester.
• Initiated new partnerships across Manchester which resulted in 65% increase in community football delivery.
• Launched specific elite sessions within the Community which was the first of its kind. The top players within the community came together once a week for elite level coaching. The initiative led to 8 players.
• Introduced a new coaches mentoring report which enabled me to have closer visibility to the coaches and provide valuable and constructive feedback on their sessions, improving our overall delivery standards.
• Organised the hosting of football tournaments for local schools and junior football clubs, development strong relationships with both, gaining CITC strong and positive visibility to the Premier League.

Responsible for increasing participation amongst young people within sport and creating links with local schools, communities and National governing bodies.
