As Chief Operating Officer for WTLC, Mark Lee provides leadership, management, and the vision necessary to ensure the organization's programmatic and operations success in order to effectively support survivors of domestic violence and exploitation within the shelter, counseling, and community programs. Although Mark is a native New Yorker, he spent most of his life living in Orange County and has worked in the nonprofit community in Southern California for the last 11 years. This experience gives him a deep appreciation for how nonprofits seek to improve the quality of life for our region - one program at a time.Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Irvine and was a member of Alpha Phi Omega, a national co-ed service fraternity. Since then, he has developed a strong sense of devotion for the nonprofit sector and received his Master of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management from North Park University.

As Grants Manager for The Olin Group, Mark Lee is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating production activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. His areas of activity include grants strategy, program design and evaluation, market analysis, fund development, and financial scenario planning for various nonprofit organizations in the community.

Mark joined Project Access in January 2006 and is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of nine Family and Senior Resource Centers. He is also responsible for coordinating the volunteer program at Project Access. Mark builds and maintains partnerships with community service agencies, schools, and service providers in an effort to expand existing programs as well as create new programs. His earlier Project Access responsibility as Service Coordinator at Golden West Tower Apartments in Torrance and at Tara Village Apartments in Cypress has given him valuable hands-on experience, and contributes to Mark’s effective management of the Project Access Resource Centers.
