With over 35 years in the sports media business, my time is now partly spent supporting related commercial enterprises that strive to have a positive social impact on the wider community. Partnering closely with CEO’s and their teams, to work with corporates foundations/trusts and public charities, I advise on all business-related aspects.Formerly joint managing director of Allsport, the world’s largest sports photo agency. Since acquisition, back in 1998, I was an integral part of the leadership team that successfully grew Getty Images’ editorial business. I’ve covered 18 summer and winter Olympic Games, in various capacities, including as a member of the IAAF Press Commission. I am passionate about the power of photography both as a mechanism for communication and self-fulfilment. Serving as a judge for many prestigious global photographic awards, I have recognised the talents of those who represent the industry’s future.
