Lee is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry. A versatile engineer, Lee is comfortable operating in either a managerial or technical role and has extensive experience delivering complex multi-disciplinary highway, drainage, traffic and transport projects for both private and public sector clients.Lee is Highway’s Lead Manager at Amey with responsibility for managing a team of 35 professional and technical engineers. His day to day responsibilities include technical design support, client liaison, people management and mentoring, bid management support, and the financial control of project delivery.By maintaining excellent Client relationships on all his projects and striving for a 'right first time approach', Lee achieves successful project delivery. The average KPI performance on the scheme's he manage’s average 8 out of 10 (Highly Satisfied). Achievements, in recognition of his performance, Lee was nominated by Amey's Senior Management to be one of a select few to join Amey's 2 year Leadership programme.
