He has extensive experience with restaurant and commercial kitchen projects. Before Mr. McAllister established his architectural practice, he had a successful 15-year culinary career, including 10 years as a sous-chef at the Washington Marriot-Wardman Park. Because of this experience, he can provide valuable insight as a commercial kitchen consultant as well as an architect.
