• Implemented ISO:9001 management system for the construction and operation & maintenance of Windfarms in the UK and Spain.• Responsible for maintaining certification of integrated Management System against ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.• Ambassador for driving Operational Excellence across ScottishPower Renewables.• Responsible for all Quality Assurance and Business Compliance activities within ScottishPower Renewables, both Onshore and Offshore Windfarms.• Support Onshore and Offshore Windfarm project teams, from tender stage through to project completion, to ensure management system compliance, as well as process improvement to support project requirements.• Work with project teams to monitor and improve the satisfaction of external stakeholders to aid future project success (Land Owners, Local Authorities, Community Councils).• Conduct audits of contractors and sub-contractors, ensuring project and business requirements and standards are met.• Review and assess Contractor tender submissions to ensure project requirements.are met.• Lead team of auditors and manage all audit findings to ensure that appropriate corrective/preventative actions and root cause analysis are carried out and delivered on time.• Conduct windfarm audits ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.• Participate in audits with wider ScottishPower Group of coal fired and hydroelectric generation plants.• Discuss internal and external audit findings with Business Directors and present opportunities for improvement to Executive Committee. • Provide management system training courses to employees to raise awareness and knowledge of management system and concept of continual improvement (provide ongoing individual mentoring where required).• Work closely with the Renewables Operations Business Unit to identify cost saving opportunities and process stream lining through KPI’s, vendor evaluation and maintenance strategies.

•Analyse Pipeline projects probability ratio, considering varying factors: Investment budget, turbine availability, NPV, business targets, development and construction timescales.•Perform internal audits on reporting processes and operational processes as per ISO:9001 and OHSAS 18001•Carry out audits on both Operational and under-construction windfarm sites.•Review Monthly Valuation Summary spreadsheet commenting on NPV, EBITDA, IRR and Net Equivalent Hours and liaise with Investment team.•Design and implementation of 5-year forecast model used as basis for Investment Committee review of future Project success.•Perform half-yearly review of the Purchase Price Allocation of ScottishPower Renewables projects and present findings to CEO.
