- Developed test plans and test cases for various company releases. - Working as a Quality Systems Coordinator I had the responsibility of maintaining the machines which packaged and labelled products on the production floor.- With factory work being high intense my time management was always kept to a high standard with creating new programs for brand new product launches.- Liaison with IT and factory maintenance was common as I held meetings to help with fixing of issues with the labelling machines and issues with new programs.- I was always interacting with different departments of the factory, being in contact with Production managers to ensure all legal print and weight standards were being adhered to as this was a major issue I dealt with on the daily.- Shop floor systems were used on the daily for creating new products or troubleshooting issues with weights not being correct.-Within my office I was also the Fire Warden, with the responsibility to ensure the safety of my colleagues in case of an emergency.

- New orders would be completed for both collection and installation. I was entrusted to lead a small team to complete the orders to a high quality whilst ensuring the timescale was top priority.- With the vast amount of power tools and toxic liquids which were used, I had to make sure I was safe at all times and the orders had to be top quality as the work had no room for error so precision was key.- Site installations where completed for customers, from small shelving in garages to industrial racking and shelving in large warehouses. I was part for large teams who would have different roles whilst completing the large installations.

- Installation of IP camera systems in homes, large offices or farms. This involved running CAT6 cables and creating ethernet cables to connect to each camera.- Different software was used for setting up internet routers and point to point systems across large farm yards to be able to connect the camera systems back to the main recorder box.- Electronic gate systems were installed and the use of power tools and heavy machinery was needed on many occasion to connect power.- I Interacted with customers by showing them how to use the systems from their PC or mobile devices and be on call for when I was needed.
