During a career in high-speed food production environments spanning over 35 years, I have worked my way through the business to the role of Site Factory Manager. Working for one of the UK’s biggest biscuit manufacturers (FBC), I currently manage the Kirkham site from both a strategic and operational perspective. The primary focus is on maintaining the high quality standards that customers have come to expect from our products whilst simultaneously leading the drive for continuous improvements across the entire operation. I am experienced in managing manufacturing operations that consistently exceed KPIs through the use of continuous improvement techniques and also through the management of high-value Capex projects.
