CES is a full service environmental and safety consulting company with over 20 years of experience focusing on indoor air quality and worker safety. We provide safety training (Haz-comm, PPE, Fire Ext., Ladder safety, Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR/First-aid/AED, OSHA 10 & 30 hour training for both general industry and construction) as well as safety consulting (Accident investigation, Safety Inspections, Third Party Auditing, and safety program development). On the environmental side we provide indoor air quality testing (air sampling, bulk sampling), indoor air quality investigations, writing protocols for remediation work, water testing, soil sampling, Asbestos and Lead testing including clearance sampling. Present various Environmental, Health and Safety topic training to Chesterfield County employees as well as Chesterfield County Public School Employees (including first-aid, CPR, AED, Haz-comm, fire extinguisher, blood borne pathogens, hearing conservation, electrical safety, ladder safety, lockout/tagout, etc.)▪ Develop Environmental, Health and Safety Classes as County and Schools needs are expanded.▪ Meet with County and School Departments to discuss their needs and to ensure they are receiving training required through the training matrix.▪ Monitor Training that is required by local, state and federal statues.

Assisted in developing, implementing and overseeing environmental health and safety programs for over 70 school buildings and administrative offices.▪ Assisted in supervising Pest Control Operators, Chemical Treatment Operators, Sewage Treatment Operators, Environmental Health and Safety Technicians and Water Treatment Operators.▪ Assisted in directing emergency actions related to accidents or exposures to hazardous materials. Communicated and coordinated with Fire, Police, and other emergency agencies at local, state and federal levels. ▪ Worked with school and building officials, teachers, parents and community to help resolve environmental health and safety concerns.▪ Assisted in developing, implementing, and teaching various environmental health and safety programs: (i.e. Hazardous Communications, Pandemic Flu Plan, Chemical Hygiene, Bloodborne Pathogens, Crisis Management Plan, First-aid, CPR and AED, etc.)▪ Investigate all indoor air quality complaints, administer appropriate air, water, surface and water testing and carry out appropriate remediation.
