During my time in this role I assisted the rest of my team in driving sales and hitting budget targets. I helped organise and take part in numerous charity and community events through our various charity partners and local organisations. I regularly stepped up to take on extra responsibilities and would run both mine and other stores in the managers absence.My main responsibilities within the role included building and maintaining positive relationships with both customers and colleagues throughout the business, stock control and wage management. I would also assist in the implementation of new systems and software and the training of both new and existing colleagues.
