In this role, I contribute to a wide range of marketing communications initiatives, focusing on the following key areas:- Advertising & Promotions: Develop and implement strategies to gain competitive edge and to boost sales.- Collateral & In-Store POS Materials: Collaborate with external agencies to produce engaging social media content, eDMs, in-store POS materials, and digital collaterals, enhancing brand presence.- Product Development (Character Licensing): Manage the development of Licensed Character products from pre to post production, ensuring they meet market demands and appeal to target demographic.- Brand Activations: Conceptualize and execute initiatives to boost brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.- Media Relations & Publicity: Cultivate relationships with media outlets to enhance brand visibility.- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of events, including the Watsons HWB Awards 2023.- Partnerships & Sponsorships: Collaborate with partners and sponsors to enhance marketing efforts.Recognition: Awarded “Bronze” at the Hashtag Asia Awards 2024 for the Best Social Media Campaign on Instagram

- Handle daily store operations including cashiering, store maintenance and floor/fitting room/storage duties - Receive and process new stocks, returns, damages and transfers- Interact with customers and offer advice to suit their needs

- Achieved 'Distinction'- Involved in annual events such as Healthcare Humanity Awards, NHG Teachers' Day and the large-scale NHG scientific & medical congress – the Singapore Health & Biomedical Congress. Portfolio includes supporting the team in these areas: Marketing & Publicity- Designing onsite and marketing collaterals, liaising with external vendors on design collaterals- Contacting and liaising with potential exhibitors and sponsors for sponsorship opportunitiesLogistics- Source, liaise and coordinate with vendors pertaining to event requirementsAdministrative duties- Prepare admin briefs for VIPs- Manage event secretariat inbox, attend to delegates' enquiries and other administrative duties
