With over 11 years of hands-on experience in workshop management, I oversee the repairs and maintenance of a wide range of lawn and garden equipment at Tawa Mowers, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. I manage the workflow, inventory, and budget of the workshop, as well as the training and development of the staff.In addition to my technical skills, I have a strong background in operations and project management, having worked as an Assistant Operations Manager at KSM Installations Ltd and a Turf Management Specialist at Downer. I have successfully delivered multiple projects on time and within scope, collaborating with various stakeholders and contractors. I am passionate about contributing to both personal and company growth, and I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team.
