Oversaw daily operations, directed policy agendas of ALPA's governing bodies, including the Board of Directors, and drove expansion of public advocacy, ensuring ALPA played a critical role in and constructively contributed to key policy and regulatory arenas.

Managed the entire organization, the largest pilot group in ALPA, representing 12,500 pilots, comprised of 11 Local Executive Councils (LEC) with 33 elected LEC officers. Guided 15 direct reports with accountability to 25 Board of Directors. Championed a policy of active engagement with Wall Street, regulators, the media, corporate boards, and legislators at all levels of government.
