Working closely with the Human Resources teams of Brisbane law firms in relation to their student engagement, talent pipelines and recruitment strategies, my role focusses on strong industry relationships, staying informed about career opportunities, skill requirements, individual Firm clerk and graduate recruitment processes as well as remaining across current market movements and trends. My role is also focused on partnering with students to transfer critical skills and industry understandings and expectations through my tailored and interactive Workshops and Information Sessions. Providing relevant and objective advice to students regarding employability, career planning and recruitment processes is also a key priority.
