I prosecute patent applications for a wide range of clients before the EPO and UK Patent Office, handling a diverse range of subject-matter, from pharmaceuticals to battery and display technology for the world's largest smartphone manufacturer. Since the very start of my career, I have handled a large amount of work for generics pharmaceutical companies and am experienced in freedom-to-operate services. I routinely provide infringement and validity opinions and have co-ordinated Europe-wide clearance opinions ahead of major product launches.I am also experienced in opposition procedure at the EPO, having appeared a number of times before the Opposition Division and Board of Appeal.
