About Lee Nash

For nearly 30 years I have spent in the oil and gas industry, I have been directly involved in fields from West Texas to East Texas and North Central Texas to South Texas in addition to Northeast Colorado with the previous 14 years as a Production Superintendent. I have found great success in reconstructing failing production and field operations with existing staff and recruiting great talent with a strong focus on infusing team atmosphere across the multiple departments to achieve company success through aligned goals and targets in each asset. It is my firm belief that first an operational and proven structure must be implemented to new and growing areas, as well as to existing ones. This is imperative to obtain production goals efficiently and safely while in concert with corporate and EH&S visions. Being in the production side of most of my career, my primary focus has been improving economics and efficiencies through decreasing expenses from eliminating continuous failures while increasing production by reduced downtimes as well as engaging in new methods and strategies. This is achieved solely through being a leader – not a dictator, implementing legitimate processes/procedures, and treating all members with respect and dignity. My success is derived from the tangible results of the accomplishments of every team that I have been fortunate to being a part of by merely assisting in addition to allowing each one of them to succeed in their role. Every area has been instrumental in meeting and exceeding the production targets and creating an achievable value for the company. I continue to be proud of each of these assets/teams for their continued successes even after my involvement with them has passed.
