He has oversight experience of subcontractors and labor workforce personnel. He is thorough in his application of complex work scope and is particularly skilled in Instrumentation & Controls. Mr. Neth has experience in project scope development, interpretation, and field performance to the project’s scope, budget, schedule and procedural. He has extensive experience at the DOE Hanford site in Richland, Washington and is comfortable in applying the strict and complex requirements in those work areas.
