Infrastructure Solutions Architect
CurrentTaking ownership for the high-level cost estimation, solution design and design governance of infrastructure solutions across the breadth of the LBG technology space in support of the Group’s IT risk remediation Programme. Focusing on producing high level solution estimated costs, agreeing & formulating overall solution designs and producing the solution design results & governance artefacts for various infrastructure-led projects covering the complete LBG technology landscape.• Translate high-level business requirements into simplified technology designs that align to LBG strategic architecture and which re-use existing published technology patterns, in line with Group policies and standards.• Lead collaborative working to ensure all designs are complete, operable, and satisfy the business requirements with the agreed quality of service.• Provide ongoing technical support and mentorship through the project delivery lifecycle, providing appropriate leadership to both internal and external colleagues whilst acting as the initial escalation point for technical challenges for your assigned projects.• Undertake technical impact assessment of project change requests and provide revised costs and/or updated solution designs to align with these.• Own the technical relationship with other IT & Business Platforms within LBG, building positive relationships and driving solution design collaboration.
