Manage a Maintenance team and R & M budget for a 250,000 BBL brewery. Manage employees, schedules, vacations, classes, outside contractors as well as inter departmental work on a day to day basis. Maintain automation for the facility that includes the following programs: TI505, PG95 (S5), Siemens S7 v5.5 and some TIA portal, Siemens Micro Win, Braumat classic, RS Logix. Program, install and integrate new controls in original equipment. Make changes to programming to allow new processes to work. Troubleshoot, replace, install and program drives (Danfoss, Siemens, Luetze) for systems including installing for new processes. Troubleshoot electrical motors. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on bottling, racking, canning, brewing equipment and waste water treatment facility including sensors, photo eyes, digital and analog sensors, and all associated controls. Modify electrical diagrams on upgrades. BOC certified, level 1.

Oversee the maintenance for all facilities, integrating savings, improving efficiencies, training team members, working to make craft brew have a world class maintenance program. Siemens programmer that makes changes to processes for multiple reasons such as sustainability, profitability, reliability.
