I have 5 years experience as a Registered Healthcare manager. I am currently a duel registered manager of a Domiciliary service and a 78 bed Nursing Home.I have numerous work qualifications. I have experienced 1 CQC inspection which I achieved a rating of good. I have worked with a large range of vulnerable adults, mental health, nursing, autism and elderly.I am, currently, responsible for 80 staff members.Previous experience includes being a registered manager for a Respite service then a domiciliary service. previous to this I have been a carer including working as Care UK only challenging behaviour trainer which saw me criss cross the UK.In my current post we are opening a new 28 bed acute service for individuals who require ITU support such as ventilation, tracheostomy, peg support etc. This work is a result of working closely with hospitals ITU units and developing a relationship with Hull University who wish to use our new facility as a centre of excellence. I am currently developing a working relationship with the Head Trauma unit at Goole Hospital. We offer sponsorship to adaptation nurses who spend 8-12 weeks developing their skills in a NHS hospital and can provide accommodation for them.I have various vocational qualifications including IOSH, Safeguarding Levels 1, 2 and 3 amongst many others
