Working with Jones Lang LaSalle since 2007 April with a 3 years employment contract. My first assignment was North Asia Operation Director responsible for best practice and good operation of all IFM accounts at North Asia region. The work scope covered enforcement of heath, safety and environment practice, standard CMMS system for equipment maintenance, One View intranet platform for helpdesk system and up keep of documents and processes, annual operation audits and energy management. In 2008 I was reassigned as Head of Industrial IFM China in view that JLL was aggressively looking for more industrial IFM project. 2003 to 2005Working with Shanghai Johnson Controls Co., Ltd. as North East Asia Program Manager stationed at Shanghai, China. In addition I was also working as Facility Management Solution, China Operation Manager from 2004 June to 2006 July. My responsibilities are mobilization, implementation and transition management for new accounts, implementation of operation and maintenance standards and procedures of plant equipment, safety, health and environmental pollution control.Recruit and train new staff for new accounts.Prepare and write local processes and service level agreement for office and subcontract services such as custodial service, pest controls, mails, switch board and domestic and industrial waste management.Support Business development initiatives.Mobilization and transition projects completed from 2003 to present.a.
