Based within the Firm’s Litigation Department, Lee is a civil litigator with a particular focus on property and inheritance disputes. Lee is regularly instructed in business and residential tenancy disputes including rent and possession claims, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidation claims and the interpretation and enforcement of covenants, as well as the wider range of property issues such as trespass, nuisance (including Japanese Knotweed), adverse possession, rights of way and Trusts of Land Act claims. Lee also has a significant practice dealing with will and inheritance disputes including will validity (capacity and undue influence), the removal of Personal Representatives and claims under the 1975 Inheritance Act.
