As a Background Investigator and Field Training Officer (FTO) at the City of Albany Police Department, I have over seventeen years of experience in law enforcement and public safety. I am responsible for conducting thorough and objective investigations of applicants for various positions within the department, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to new and existing officers.My core competencies include police instruction, field training, active shooter response, and crime prevention. I have a strong passion for serving and protecting the community, and I believe in building trust and collaboration with the public and other agencies.
