Mr. Phillips is the CSC General Manager for the Air Force & Missile Defense Division witin CSC's Defense and Intelligence Group. He brings over 30 years of defense experience to this position and over 2 decades of technical and general management.

Mr. Phillips is the Vice President & General Manager for CSC’s Mission Services Group. In this role, Mr. Phillips oversees 9 Business Units with approximately 4000 personnel, delivering over $800M in revenue. These business units provide services to Department of Defense and Federal Customers, to include: support for military systems in ship design, missile defense, communications and electronics equipment, live and virtual training systems services, warfighter support, acquisition support, field maintenance and logistics support operations.

Mr. Phillips is the CSC Account General Manager for all of CSC's missile defense business. He brings 30 years of missile defense experience to this position in addition to over 2 decades of technical and general management.
