- Receiving project briefs from clients with an account team.- Conducting the research and studying relevant cases from multi-sources, after which data are analysed to get consumer insights.- Undertaking fieldwork and reviewing past activation activities to estimate all project KPIs e.g. the number of reach, samples and/or even sales volume.- Estimating draft costs of the project and then developing the creative direction.- Brainstorming ideas with account, design and operation members to develop tactic activities and activation design later.- Writing proposal with involvement and advocate from design and account teams for the execution e.g. feasibility checking, location selection, timeline and design.- Advocating and supervising an operation department to guarantee a high-quality execution and proposed timeline.
