Reporting to the Operations Manager I am responsible for all goods coming in and going out of the company, arranging transport when required. I liase on a daily basis with the procurement and production departments and issue all raw materials to works orders as needed. I am also responsible for the finished parts store and the raw material metal and resin.

In this role I worked in the stores and was responsible for the materials store and all goods coming in and going out of the company as well as issuing raw materials to works orders and on to the shop floor. Working closely with and in conjunction with the buyer meant we were able to ensure works orders were ready to be worked on as soon as the material.

During this role I worked as part of a scheduling department on the dornier doors contract and helped to schedule work for the shop floor to ensure the aircraft doors were built on time.
