CurrentCybersecurity, Operations Management, and National Security: Manage daily operations of 4 sections of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Central (formerly CISA Watch Floor). Monitor top threats, emergencies, and emerging risks to critical national infrastructure.Team Leadership and Workflow Management: Oversee workflow planning of 15 personnel across 4 CISA Central sections, including communications, cyber, and service desk. Emergency Management: Serve as primary point of contact during emergency events, leading response to ~120 incidents/year.Continuity of Operations: Work with internal stakeholders to schedule, plan, and coordinate continuity exercises, including relocation during State of the Union Addresses, weather events, and building maintenance.Information Analysis and Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize critical information requirements to inform decision-making and ensure alignment with leadership requirements. International Coordination and Technical Advisory: Coordinate with foreign computer emergency response teams to resolve cyber issues within tight time constraints. Served as advisor to British National Cyber Security Centre during 2017 cyber-attack on British Parliament email servers.Exercise Planning and Relationship Building: Plan and coordinate emergency management processes, including planning transition to cooperative site. Served as liaison between CISA, DoD, and the National Security Agency, establishing key working relationships, streamlining documentation, and planning exercises.Crisis Management, Request for Information, and Request for Assistance: Supported DHS during COVID-19 crisis, responding to RFIs and RFAs from state, local, tribal, and territorial government agencies. Cross-team Collaboration and Incident Response: Collaborate with inter- and intra-agency partners to respond to national emergencies.
