My role as Fluid Power Systems Director at HTL Group is to oversee sales and production for both standard and bespoke products within the Fluid Power Systems Division.This includes: - Overseeing new product research and development- Assessing whether bespoke products can be manufactured on a larger, profitable scale- Assessing routes to market for new products- Working directly with customers to ensure our products meet their requirements- Managing production to ensure that our product is delivered to the highest standard- Driving forward worldwide growth

Promoting sales and hire of all HTL products in the North West of England.

My responsibilities at Hydratron were mainly as part of the Special Product Sales team. My role involved designing and costing bespoke systems for our customers requirements. The job involved a mixture of internal and external sales which allowed me to work on systems for overseas markets, including the ME, Asia Pacific, Africa, Australia and the USA.

At SLJ my role was as part of a maintenance team for water pumps and systems. It was at SLJ where my official engineering qualifications were achieved. Skills gained included the ability to physically carry out servicing work on pump systems and also manufacture new systems.
