A storyteller by nature, I've worked across media, co-designing interactive museums, developing fundraising appeals and annual reports, and planning and launching massive websites for organizations as varied as McDonald's, Harvard, and the Chicago Area Runners Association. I've also published two nonfiction books, dozens of articles, and a number of award-winning essays. I also serve communication director for the McGowan Fund. Newly focused on seniors, I work as a care worker, and write on the subject of care in America.
