Senior Project Superintendent
Current-Oversee/Coordinate all field related activities on construction projects, from acquisition through completion, while maintaining an ongoing relationship, to further coordinate with clients/partners based on their ever-changing needs.-Logistics Planning.-Safety Plan implementation.-Produce Project schedules, including Master schedule updates, Multi-week outlooks, and Focused schedules.-Oversee weekly and breakout coordination meetings.-Provide agendas, along with detailed minutes of all project meets.-Coordinate w/ third party vendors, as to ensure scheduling/material requirements are met.-Quality Control oversight with a hands-on approach.
