As a post grad student in the institute of psychology, business and human sciences I am part of the first British Psychological Society accredited MSc to qualify as a Coaching Psychologist. This includes supervised coaching practice of a broad range of individuals from different commercial backgrounds plus undergrad and MBA students. I also undertake academic research in the field of psychology. I have a particular interest in working as a senior HR leader and psychologist who uses coaching in corporate settings.

In thus role I was HR Director for P&L business unit (BUPA Clinics) and corporate functions, with an employee population of 5,000, whilst at the same time being HR Transformation Director for "one Bupa" project, which was aimed at rationalising six UK businesses into one customer experience driven platform, involving 20,000 employees. Key Projects'•Improved customer experience (CX) and increased group turnover beyond +£2bn YoY as co-author of an OD strategy focused on an integrated customer pathway, resulting in the integration of six commercial businesses.•Led people streams supporting turnaround of a £10m loss-making BU (returning to profit), via a complete OD and OE review and delivery of multiple initiatives aimed at business turnaround. •Reduced people cost by £5m+ having doubled business size through execution of an aggressive dental acquisition strategy and leading a OD programme to find efficiencies.•Removed over £1m of corporate functions costs through a complete re-design of the finance organisation

This included the functions in particular of global sourcing (1,000 associates) and IT (3,000 associates). This role also included HR service delivery for all F&A teams in Switzerland HQ.
