This was at first as National Sales Manager, working from home.Assisting in the formation & setting up of the UK/Ltd arm of this Swedish based company & helping to translate any current technical and marketing material.Training management, research & development, project, calculation and structural engineering teams within Sweden, on the UK construction industry, its sales processes & regulations.Formatting new marketing literature for the UK market, this is now being used throughout the group.Developed into a director’s role of Sales Director after 18 months, giving more responsibility & control of project management, sales targets and margins/pricing of products.Responsible for teams of fitters throughout the UK and negotiation and implementation of contracts & contract details with main contractors & lawyers, whilst continuing to grow sales turnover & contact database.Became the Managing Director of Balco Balcony Systems Ltd in 2008 with full profit & loss responsibility for the Ltd company. Aided in development of new products and new marketing strategies to offer to the UK, continuing technical, translation & sales assistance to Sweden.
